Terrible experience with the team in Billericay. Was told by Douglas Allen to go with their in house solicitor to have a much better chance of owning the property they had advertised (apparently this was what sellers wanted) They make you pay an up front fee as well without having offer accepted. Have spoken to many other estate agents since who said this is not acceptable. Will definitely avoid next time!
