Thank you to Oscar, who arranged both viewings and a valuation for me. I was very nervous about the whole process as I've never sold a house, but Oscar was approachable, knowledgeable, kind and professional throughout. I would have sold with Douglas Allen but my circumstances changed so no longer selling. I will approach him in future if I plan on moving house. I had other valuations but they did not offer the same level of service and follow up. All the best

I recently sold my flat in Billericay with Douglas Allen and had a great experience with them, from the initial valuation which was far more thorough than the two other valuations I had from other estate agents, through to the selling process with Oscar Garcia attending all the visitations and helping to show prospective buyers around, and then with Tanya Keene who was on top of absolutely everything and ensured that the sale progressed through to completion despite difficulties with the solicitors and management company. Although I haven’t ended up buying a property through Douglas Allen, I did want to leave a review for Oscar Garcia. I’ve been searching for around 18 months now, and during that time Oscar has been one of the few agents who has stayed in touch consistently without being pushy. He has mainly been in contact with my mum rather than me directly, but even so, it’s been clear that he’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and only reaches out when something relevant comes up, which makes a big difference. We had a really positive experience working with Oscar Garcia as our estate agent. From the beginning he was very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries we had, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. Although I think my house was overvalued somewhat at the very start of the process (but, to be fair, another agent valued it at the same sum) once things got going Oscar organised countless viewings by potential clients, always staying cheerful in his many communications and follow-ups.
