I’ve been searching for around 18 months now, and during that time Oscar has been one of the few agents who has stayed in touch consistently without being pushy. Although I think my house was overvalued somewhat at the very start of the process (but, to be fair, another agent valued it at the same sum) once things got going Oscar organised countless viewings by potential clients, always staying cheerful in his many communications and follow-ups.
