What an amazing team, Oscar Garcia was such a great person, he interacted with me and my husband and took every opportunity to point out features throughout the property aswell as showing knowledge of the local area. Updates were given regularly and advice was great never in my life I had such a person Oscar is just one of a kind Cannot recommend him enough. Fabulous job Oscar love loris 100%
We had a great experience as a seller using Douglas Allen in Billericay and would choose them again if we were ever selling a home in the area. I've had a great experience dealing with Douglas Allen my first viewing was with Oscar who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, I then arranged a second viewing with my son and Oscar showed us both the property and again he was just as attentive and happy to answer any questions we both had. He's made me feel very at ease to call with any questions and information I need as has Katie. Although I haven't bought or sold through Douglas Allen I cannot speak highly enough about Oscar Garcia. Had 3 viewings at the same property, Oscar was very attentive and patient. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Unfortunately in the end the property wasn't for me but would definitely ask for Oscar in the future.
