Douglas recently installed our new Mitsubishi heat pump system. The whole experience was smooth, from the initial discussions about our needs, through the quote and installation. The new system is a huge improvement over our old cooling/heating unit. The Mitsubishi is whisper-quiet while maintaining a comfortable temperature. We were also please to see that our power bill dropped by around 25% during its first full month of operation. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend the team at Douglas.

Called when my water heater started leaking. Quick response and professional service. Gave me all of my options and prices upfront and encouraged me to research my options before making a decision. There was no high pressure attempt to upsell and I had my new water heater installed the next day. Definitely recommend.

On 6/5/25, Jonathan Sales, performed HVAC maintenance on my two systems. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness shown. Shoe covers on, he introduced himself, providing an overview of his education/ training, job history with Douglas Cooling Heating. A step by step maintenance process was given and responses to all of my questions were answered before and during the work.
