Terrence (technician) was exceptional. Cordial, knowledgeable and explained everything. Did a very thorough job of solving the problem and providing maintenance. Service cost was higher than expected, but sometimes you get what you pay for. In my case, peace of mind that my heating was fixed properly, is safe and operating at optimal efficiency.
Alex did a very thorough job with my annual HVAC maintenance service. In addition, he was very helpful in facilitating my request for service to replace my dryer vent. Dowd is an exceptional company with excellent customer service.

We’ve been with Dowd since 2020 and have been satisfied with their service. Austin was the technician for our most recent maintenance check up and he was excellent. Explained everything, showed us how to check filters throughout the house in our dehumidifiers, and provided helpful feedback. Highly recommend.
Dowd was fantastic with every step of the process. They gave several different options and recommendations based on the rooms that we wanted to install the mini splits and took our concerns/ideas into consideration. The installation team was professional. They answered any and all questions that we had. They were pleasant and helpful and cleaned the work areas perfectly at th end of the job. I would highly recommend Dowd to anyone interested in having a heat pump/mini split system installed.
