The service is great, but their billing department is not. I have spent three months calling and showing up in person at the clinic since the claim was not filed correctly with insurance. I’m continuously getting bills and constantly having to leave voicemails/emails on it. At this time - I’m not having any other services done until they are more organized. It’s really unfortunate since I thought the dentists were nice and supportive.
I am thoroughly disappointed in this dentist and would not recommend anyone go here. Myself, my husband, and one of my daughters all had separate and equally terrible appointments. First off, my daughter goes to school out of state and had an appt scheduled on a Thursday at 4pm. The day before she received a text to confirm her appointment, which she did. The next day she arrived about 10 minutes in advance at 3:50pm and the place was closed, no lights on, and door locked. She tried calling but no one answered and when I ca... read more
The cleaning was fine. About as good as you want it to be, and the dental hygienist was an absolute delight of a person. But the amount this mans FUPA rubbed the entire right side of my body was very unsettling. Also, had to do my own suction similarly to what others have commented on. The most uncomfortable thing was the immediate and unprompted statement in defense of our current administration. Dr. Brian Del Carlo is an outstanding dentist. He always makes sure I'm comfortable and never in pain, which I really appreciate. His work is top-notch—I've even had other dentists comment on how well my teeth have been taken care of! I trust him completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
THE FRONT DESK OFFICE STAFF AT THIS DENTAL PRACTICE IS HORRIBLE!!! GIVING THEM A ONE STAR IS EXTREMELY GENEROUS! I wonder if the owner/dental provider knows who is representing his practice, he should be ashamed if he does! If you are a person considering this for your future dental needs, RUN!!!!! If the face of a practice can be as rude as they are, one can only imagine what goes on clinically.
