The receptionist was rude and she told me their fees are higher than the dental fee guide. Please be careful. They will charge you 3- 4 units of scaling fees for your cleaning appointment. There is no way anyone can claim to clean your teeth for an hour non stop. They definitely are overcharging you. You are getting ripped off!’ I have never put reviews before but this was unethical conduct from Dentists running such clinics. Just be careful
Excellent dentist and team! I had been going to another dentist for years and had been missing out. I find my dentist here more knowledgeable, competent, kind, highly professional and skilled. I feel like she really cares about the service she provides and is very good at it. The admin staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you which is exceptional for admin staff. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and I’ve had a variety of work done. The dental hygienist, my dentist and the admin staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Downtown Dental definitely gets five stars from me!! ❤️

One of inner my tooth enamel broke, I went to see Dr. B. She heard my concerns and started procedure. I couldn't believe that my tooth could get restored. She took caution and handled my tooth problem. It felt like almost original complete tooth. Very happy. She is very experienced Dentist, no doubt.
