I had an excellent experience at Dr. Addie Chang’s dental office. Shirley, the dental hygienist, gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had—light-handed yet incredibly thorough. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Addie Chang and her entire team! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Chang and her assistants took excellent care of a cavity and a cracked tooth. Dr. Chang is incredibly kind and gave me frequent updates throughout the procedure, which really helped lower my anxiety. The entire process was pain-free and the support from the whole clinical staff was top-notch. Highly recommend this office!

Sharing my honest experience: The front desk could improve their understanding of insurance coverage and be more transparent upfront. The doctor’s approach felt a bit rushed and rough. The assistants, though, were wonderful. Compared to my visit, some of the other reviews don’t match what I personally encountered. I also left feeling unsatisfied with the work.
Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable, sharing each finding or step to the process in easy to understand fashion. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in 2 years and they did a fantastic job! Coming back in January for a whitening treatment! If you don’t have a dentist I highly recommend coming here.
