I had an excellent experience at Dr. Addie Chang’s dental office. Shirley, the dental hygienist, gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had—light-handed yet incredibly thorough. I had the best dentist experience ever—quick, gentle, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The staff made me feel completely comfortable, explaining every step so I always felt at ease. Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable, sharing each finding or step to the process in easy to understand fashion. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in 2 years and they did a fantastic job! Coming back in January for a whitening treatment! If you don’t have a dentist I highly recommend coming here.
Sharing my honest experience: The front desk could improve their understanding of insurance coverage and be more transparent upfront. The doctor’s approach felt a bit rushed and rough. The assistants, though, were wonderful. Compared to my visit, some of the other reviews don’t match what I personally encountered. I also left feeling unsatisfied with the work.
