I started taking my kids to see Dr. Kwon last fall, and both appointments they had were excellent. I received a text reminder two weeks prior to the appointment (and then again three days prior because I forgot to respond to the first reminder.) to confirm the appointment, and another reminder the morning of their appointment, which was very helpful. After a terrible first experience at a previous dental office, this practice completely restored my confidence. The two women at the front desk were especially kind, accommodating, and flexible. My original appointment fell during a major snowstorm, and they made rescheduling completely hassle-free—getting me seen within just two days instead of the typical six-month wait. The hygienist and Dr. Kwon were both extremely attentive and thorough. Overall, a genuinely positive and reassuring experience.
I was extremely impressed with how FAST we were made an appointment (next day) and the team is so wonderful! Very friendly very kind caring and understanding! I will recommend them to everyone i know. Also they have 3 pacman old school arcade machines which my 4 year old loved so much and played with and it helped her to be less nervous about our first visit.
After my daughter was being seen somewhere else, this other place was very disappointing but then I found this place and loved every experience so far! They are always thorough with my daughter and very great with her despite her being hyper haha! Everyone is very friendly and I look forward to her appointments because I know she’s going to enjoy them! My other kid is now transferred here, and they’re great at making the appointments according to my schedule and availability.
The staff is extremely friendly. They speak Spanish as well. Games in the waiting area for the kids. I Love bringing my kids here.They are autistic and it has always been a struggle going to the dentist. He was patient understanding explaining step by step. Would recommend
It's a nice environment to be in. Everyone's kind and talkative yet also informative, and there's great shows or movies on the TVs in the operating rooms. And best of all, the operations go smoothly. I appreciate sveryone who works there; they all do great.
