Today I had a check up and cleaning. Sophie was my new hygienist, she was great! She was gentle and talked to me all through the procedures. (She knew I couldn’t talk back! lol) Front end staff got me in on time, billing done and just a great experience. Thank you!

The customer service here is consistently outstanding. Everyone is warm, organized, and genuinely cares about making the visit smooth and stress-free. The staff were very helpful, answering questions about insurance and medication requirements. The procedure itself went well and Dr. Jenson discussed and alleviated my concerns prior to and after the procedure.

What a fabulous office. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They have great chemistry and always seem to have a great time at work. The doctors are great for those who are not fond of dental treatment. I live in Ontario，but try to get my work done when I visit Fernie because the office is so wonderful.
