I'd go to the office and sit for an hour waiting I came to Anil Shah for my rhinoplasty. I tried to go to the office several times for laser and other follow-ups for scarring but it was near impossible. I wasn't told about follow-up care. The office is in complete chaos and disarray. Bad Results. Worse Customer Service In 2013 I had a chin implant placed by Dr. Shah. I immediately never liked the results of it because after the surgery I had this unnatural puckering above my chin and below my lower lip. I went back to Dr. Shah to address the issue and he started using botox on my chin to fix the issue and actually told me to learn to not smile with my mouth closed because that is when the implant puckering would happen. Over a year out and my nose is still wide and swollen The whole process was a hot mess. I waited over an hour for my pre-op appointment. He rushed out early after I waited over an hour. Post operatively, I was scheduled for post op appointment that he never saw me in. I never had another appointment scheduled with him. His nurse took out my stiches and sent me on my way. Wish I chose another surgeon for my revision I wanted to get a revision rhinoplasty, after my initial surgeon messed up my nose. It was extremely bulbous and had a Polly beak that leaned to one side.
