Dr. Hong is incredibly skilled; I say this having worked two decades in the veterinary field & have seen a lot of surgical techniques & outcomes, I have had a lot of surgery myself. This man is fresh out of university only 4 years already acts like he runs the plastic surgeon arena in Ontario, they do not want anyone to get help in the hospitals. Because they want you to come to their office to pay them the money. He is rude and very arrogant, will speak to you in a form of mockery and buffoonery almost as he is clowning your illness.
