Dr Jaiyeoba is very thorough and takes time with you. He seems to care about his patients and tries to create a balance between not ordering too many tests but just ones which are necessary to identify the issues. The problem though is it has been taking forever to complete the tests each time I see him. Yes, there was an issue with the insurance but even though it's resolved, I'm still waiting , after more than a month since my appointment. The office seems to be very disorganized.
Dr Charles Jaiyeoba first cared for my husband as a night transfer from Texas Health Resources Denton ER. My husband needed care that was not available in Denton. As soon as my husband arrived at THR Alliance it was clear that Dr Jaiyeoba had prepared the way for him. Imaging and labs were done in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning a stent was placed. He was the doctor on call at Medical City Alliance while I was hospitalized & needed a colonoscopy (late showing up by over 30 mins). So that’s who I went to after I was released since I didn’t have a GI doctor. Even though at times it was hard for me to understand him I felt confident he knew what he was doing and I was in good hands. Dr. Jaiyeoba wasn't just professional he was caring for me. He asked questions and he was listening and writing notes. He found my problem after he Suggested endoscopy and colonoscopy... He can do surgery now because I had few recently but in the future i have to. He cares for patients... The assistant was in saint nice. I have not words to describe it.
