Was part of the surgical team that preformed ERCP/ gallbladder removal at Texas health alliance. I ended up in the ICU for 3 days after the surgical team lacerated my liver on accident. Blood loss required 4 blood transfusions. I was hospitalized for an entire month even after being transferred to the downtown FW hospital. Downtown FW Tx health was disturbed at the negligence and errors. Hospital still had the audacity to send me a bill for what should have been a 2-3 day discharge. Went to this doctor last year for testing because I have been so sick to my stomach for more than a year. He did a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. First and foremost the communication from this office is non existent. I finally get the results back and the man tells me that I have a nervous stomach, and unbeknownst to me set up an appointment with a psychiatrist. Dr Jaiyeoba is very thorough and takes time with you. He seems to care about his patients and tries to create a balance between not ordering too many tests but just ones which are necessary to identify the issues. The problem though is it has been taking forever to complete the tests each time I see him. Yes, there was an issue with the insurance but even though it's resolved, I'm still waiting , after more than a month since my appointment. The office seems to be very disorganized.
Dr Charles Jaiyeoba first cared for my husband as a night transfer from Texas Health Resources Denton ER. My husband needed care that was not available in Denton. As soon as my husband arrived at THR Alliance it was clear that Dr Jaiyeoba had prepared the way for him. Imaging and labs were done in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning a stent was placed. He was the doctor on call at Medical City Alliance while I was hospitalized & needed a colonoscopy (late showing up by over 30 mins). So that’s who I went to after I was released since I didn’t have a GI doctor. Even though at times it was hard for me to understand him I felt confident he knew what he was doing and I was in good hands.
