This place has been really great to me. First off, they got me in SO FAST in a real time of need. The staff was incredible, the first gal I talked to had me laughing so hard, we were having a lot of fun. Second gal I talked to was very empathetic to me, I was quite emotional on the phone just learning about my friends passing. She helped me with everything so I didn't lose my apt. I made the switch to life stance to get more specialized treatment for my mental disorder. I really appreciate the psychotherapy that comes along with the ability to write prescriptions. Joy Kubis is empathetic and has grounded and balanced energy that helps when talking about sensitive issues. I look forward to working with her more and for the long term.

I was referred here from the empath center in South dale hospital. I was sent out with a careplan and was told I have an appointment with lifestance. Lifestance canceled the appointment due to not having a credit card on file. I talked to 3 people at lifestance who maintained it is lifestance policy to not keep an appointment due to not having a card on file to bill co-pays.
