Excellent experience, Professional, Efficient, Quick, Reliable
Dr. Clint Falk is by far the best periodontist you’ll ever find ! Staff is wonderful , accommodating and very friendly! Dr. Falk is so kind , patient and explains everything he’s going to be doing before and during the procedure he will be performing ! I had some grafting done by another periodontist that went very bad , and Dr. Falk corrected all the other Dr . had done ! I’m so happy I found him and will never go anywhere again! Thank you Dr! Falk and your amazing staff !

A great experience as always, I live in Austin and happy to make the drive to San Antonio anytime I need to see Dr. Falk. He is an excellent communicator and a great Periodontics specialist that cares for the health and well being of his patients. His staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I'm happy to give Dr. Falk my absolute HIGHEST recommendation.
Dr. Falk was not able to yield his promised results. Staff was often unprofessional.
A patient should not have to wait almost 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment without an explanation! I was never acknowledged by the receptionist. She was more interested in having a personal phone conversation!! This is not acceptable! Patient management needs to be improved. I did call and politely voiced my concerns. Drove a half hour to see the dentist. Instead, the assistant asked me a few questions and I was told the dentist was still with another patient. Total time in the chair...5 minutes!! Felt rushed.
