I am a repeat patient of Dr. Halpern. He is honest, kind and helpful. The first visit was for a cosmetic concern which he was able to fix with surgery. He and his staff are caring and spent time with me to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. I am very happy with the work he did and the care I received afterwards.
