Extremely late for appointments booked way in advance. I mean upwards 30 - 45 minutes and multiple appointments. Charged me for a visit I was dismissed from after 2 minutes of speaking with him and 30 minutes of waiting. Apparently because I didn’t consult with my other doctor about a medication that I was never told to consult with. Why prescribe the medication in the first place if there where doubts? Dr Owens was able to identify my needs almost immediately upon intake. He’s direct but gentle along with providing quality care. Where I am today, it feels amazing and I only see continual progression with the care provided per Dr. Owens.
I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Owens today and it was great! He was very friendly to talk to and took my concerns seriously. His clinic coordinator, Tanekqueia, was lovely as well. This was my first appointment and I plan to continue my care here.
This doctor has no sense of client focus, and no respect for client concerns. He and his staff are extremely unprofessional! My few visits were all treated like transactions. He spends more time in his computer than he does communicating with you. He is also sensitive and confrontational! My questions and curiosities were taken offensively and then disregarded. Dr. Owens has helped me immensely in the 6 months I have been seeing him. My issues with depression and anxiety were getting the better of me and he quickly made updates to my medication and gave me some very valuable homework/lessons to help me talk myself down when anxious. He is super easy to talk too and offers a supporting ear when needed.
