Dr. Gray and his team are absolutely wonderful. I have been going to Dr. Gray's for 13 years even when living as far as St. Catharines, Ontario. Dr. Gray is my third dentist and the best of all three. I have been a patient for 10 years and Dr. Gray and his staff have always been extraordinary! Dr. Gray has continuously helped me maintain the health of my teeth and gums. He personally calls patients to check on them after a procedure! Dr. Gray came in during his evening off to help a friend of mine who was in excruciating pain as my friend's own dentist wanted him to wait until Monday and it was Thursday and he was in need if a root canal! Dr. Gray has been our family dentist now for many years. He does a great job and seems to really care. His staff is wonderful. I would deafeningly recommend him.
Ian is always helpful and takes great strides to explain what is going to happen, what was done, and what the next steps are. Although not always on time, you would be hard pressed to find a doctor or dentist that can maintain schedule adherence, especially considering the time he spends to ensure you understand the treatments. Ian has also personally taken time to check in after more in-depth appointments to see I am uncomfortable in any way, which as I've asked around, is apparently unheard of. I have been a patient at Dr. Gray's office for about a year. Each time I go in, he always acknowledges you by saying hi and asking how I am doing. I never feel intimidated going in for my hygiene visits as it's such a relaxing atmosphere there. Dr. Gray and his team are very thorough at each visit I have there and actually spend the time with me and explain EVERYTHING. I am new to Dr. Gray's office and I found him to be very knowledgable, he took the time to address all of my questions and give me treatment options. When I returned for my cleaning he came in just to say hello and ask me if I had any questions. The hygieneist that took care of me did a great job too. I would highly recommed this office, they that the time to show that they care.
Dr. Gray is awesome, he fixed my tooth and jaw problems, after another dentist screwed them up. He and his staff are great.
I found their cleaning of teeth to be very expensive. After spending 200 they said I had to come back and finish the cleaning! They are lovely people but I can't afford lovely if I have to pay these sorts of prices.
I had a great experience, his staff are very helpful and friendly. They really ad a special touch.
