Dr. Jack has been great. He listens and creates a custom plan around each individual’s need. I especially like his personable approach and how comfortable he makes patients feel when discussing internal and emotional struggles. After our first session I felt a sense of relief. He allowed me to break away from the stigma I had surrounding men asking for help or seeking assistance through therapy. Glad to be working with Dr. Jack and getting back to the best version of myself.
