Dr. Medina quickly diagnosed my scalp condition and her office staff submitted all the insurance paperwork for me to obtain a prescription which required an exception to my BC/BS Formulary. I am extremely pleased with her expertise and bedside manner in addition to her kind, courteous, and highly efficient staff.
I had my first dermatology appointment today and I’m so impressed by Dr Medina and her staff. Zoe greeted me and took me to my room. She was so nice to explain what to expect from the visit, which put me at ease. Dr Medina did a thorough body check and looked at a few things I was concerned about. She explained everything in terms I could understand. She is very pleasant and I felt comfortable during the exam. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This was a very pleasant experience! My 1st visit from the front desk, appointment and making follow up appointments was very professional and flawless! Doctor Medina was able to diagnose my skin issue and get me medication right away. I also had a skin tag and she was able to take it off safely in the same appointment. I would highly recommend this doctor!
Dr. Medina is awesome! I do not see this lightly because my philosophy about physicians is they only practice medicine lol. I’m very particular about who I see and I was a nurse for 40+ years so I am very picky. Not only is she thorough but very personable and professional. She took over Dr. Ng practice I know, though I miss her very much. My first visit with her was excellent, and I am very pleased to have her taking me over into her care.
