I had my first dermatology appointment today and I’m so impressed by Dr Medina and her staff. Zoe greeted me and took me to my room. She was so nice to explain what to expect from the visit, which put me at ease. Dr Medina did a thorough body check and looked at a few things I was concerned about. She explained everything in terms I could understand. She is very pleasant and I felt comfortable during the exam. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Dr. Medina is awesome! I do not see this lightly because my philosophy about physicians is they only practice medicine lol. I’m very particular about who I see and I was a nurse for 40+ years so I am very picky. Not only is she thorough but very personable and professional. Dr Medina is fantastic, I haven't gotten a skin check in years because my last doctor was a nightmare but that was not my experience at Dr Jacquelyn Medina's office! Her office is very nice and pleasant to be in. I enjoyed everything about these folks from the woman who greeted me, to the amazing nurse that helped explain the steps, all the way to my interaction with the doctor... she is top notch and the entire office shows it!!
This was a very pleasant experience! My 1st visit from the front desk, appointment and making follow up appointments was very professional and flawless! Dr. Medina listened to my list of concerns then did a very thorough exam explaining as she looked me over. Well done Dr. Medina and Team!! Thank you. I would highly recommend her!
Doctor Medina was able to diagnose my skin issue and get me medication right away. I also had a skin tag and she was able to take it off safely in the same appointment. I would highly recommend this doctor!
