My eye doctor sent me to Dr. Ross for a surgery consult and told me he was the best at what he does. I had an excellent surgical experience and would highly recommend him. Dr. Ross was able to handle me being so squeamish with my eyes, and both the surgical staff and the office staff were very professional. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Ross.
Dr. Ross is a wonderful doctor who puts your mind at ease while professionally articulates his recommendation for your procedure. He and staff was very kind while I had blepharoplasty surgery. It took about a year from my initial to the actual procedure. It was a long wait but worth it. He is very popular for a good reasons. Great doctor.
The entire organization was exceptional, from the front office to the medical staff. in particular, Dr. Ross was professional, courteous, and thorough in patient/doctor interactions. He fully explained all aspects of my medical issue, as well as medical treatment options. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend him for patients seeking medical eye care.
