Dr Ross and his staff are very professional and caring. Meticulous care was delivered every appointment..All procedures were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained. Dr Ross takes his time when delivering care. He called our home after surgery to ensure my husband was doing well and answer any questions he had. I would highly recommend Dr Ross.

Dr. Ross is a wonderful doctor who puts your mind at ease while professionally articulates his recommendation for your procedure. He and staff was very kind while I had blepharoplasty surgery. It took about a year from my initial to the actual procedure. It was a long wait but worth it. He is very popular for a good reasons. Great doctor.
The entire organization was exceptional, from the front office to the medical staff. in particular, Dr. Ross was professional, courteous, and thorough in patient/doctor interactions. He fully explained all aspects of my medical issue, as well as medical treatment options. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend him for patients seeking medical eye care.
I am from Illinois and was very reluctant to change doctors. My treatment is specialized and when I was diagnosed in 2012, it took one to two years to get it right.
