Dr. Falakassa was able to get my MRI approved in 3 days after having been denied 3 times through my primary care doctor. Pro tip: forget about your primary care doctor and go here instead. Dr. Falakassa was kind and his team was on point during my initial visit. The MRI was smooth and was only 25 minutes for my lower back. They provide everything hera including therapy. I can't WAIT TO GET BACK TO WORK.! Thanks doc.!

While Dr. Falakassa was a competent and compassionate physician, and the staff were accommodating I was extremely dissatisfied with waiting in the exam room for over an hour for the doctor to see me. I finally got up, walked out of the exam room and asked if I had been forgotten. I worked in OB-GYN for 29 years and know that it, unfortunately does happen, yet when our doctors were running late my staff and I would let our patients know what was going on.
