Dr Cohn is very knowledgeable about his profession. He talks directly to you and explains things in a way that is understandable to the average person. Amazing personality and his staff is awesome.
Dr. Cohn performed Lapiplasty Bunion correction surgery on my foot about 2 weeks ago. I had a very successful surgery and my foot is straight for the first time in many years. Dr. Cohn explained what he would do during the surgery and he explained the stages of the recovery post-op. I have had minimal to no pain. The most discomfort I have experienced is with the swelling, which Dr. Cohn advised putting ice behind my knee to alleviate the swelling. He also corrected my hammertoe that was caused by the bunion. Went here for an issue with my foot. Doctor Kellen Cohn needs to work on his bedside manners. He never showed any compassion nor desire to help. Was very dismissive of symptoms and at the end of the day he told me there was nothing more he could do for me, walked out of the exam room and literally left the building without even giving me any referrals as to where I could go for further help. Absolutely garbage doctor. DO NOT GO HERE
Dr. Kellen Cohn and his entire office were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was a new patient and I felt like all staff took time to listen to my concerns and provided great information and resources for me to get back to 100%. First Step Foot Care and Dr. Cohn was recommended to me and I will definitely recommend Dr. Cohn and First Step Foot Care moving forward.
Dr Cohn was very professional along with his staff. I was a bit nervous going in for a procedure and Dr made it so comforting and almost pain free I left the office with positive vibes. Highly recommend.
