The process was very smooth. I did feel it was a bit too impersonal. I would have preferred a little more 1 on 1. I did feel my Curie Pie might have had a tad bit too much pain medication. She slept all that day. Both my boys and my other female hadn’t slept so long. But it could have been just her. They followed up to make sure she was doing okay. I do recommend Dr Kelly’s for anyone getting their babies fixed.
Really a great experience. Free consult. $100 deposit to reserve a surgery spot with a $100 credit on the final surgery price. I was quoted a range of $550 to $750 for the cleaning and nail trim with overgrown gums being cut and stitched. Final price was $547. My dog is much happier after the procedure. Everyone there was kind and communicated well. 💯 satisfied! Highly recommend.
The staff were exceptionally nice and patient with my puppy. He was a rescue and was terrified. They were also very informative and answered all my questions. We drove 45 minutes from Oro Valley due to the reviews and recommendations from others. And they did not disappoint. I too will be passing your information onto others. I had my dog Rose undergo surgery to remove a skin mass from her eyelid. I had no idea what to expect and felt really anxious, but the staff answered all my questions and concerns quickly every time, which helped me a lot. Even though they seemed really busy, they were so welcoming. I truly appreciate their kindness and honesty. They took such great care of Rose throughout the entire process!
Adopted a couple of young and abandoned mama cats with their litters of kittens several months ago. So grateful to find Dr. Kelly’s Surgical Unit to spay and neuter the gang. I was able to schedule my cats in a fairly short time period for spay and neuter surgeries as each became mature enough. Prices are reasonable and the staff at Dr. Kelly’s could not be more professional and helpful. Thank you for the valuable service you are providing our community here in Tucson.
