I was referred to Dr. Kelly’s office by my sister in law however I still called around for prices to get my dog neutered. The price of the surgery was very important to me because I am not able to spend a lot. The price they quoted me on the phone I didn’t believe it because of the price quotes I was getting from others. It actually shocked me the huge difference. The process was very smooth. I did feel it was a bit too impersonal. I would have preferred a little more 1 on 1. I did feel my Curie Pie might have had a tad bit too much pain medication. She slept all that day. Both my boys and my other female hadn’t slept so long. But it could have been just her. They followed up to make sure she was doing okay. I do recommend Dr Kelly’s for anyone getting their babies fixed.
Very good experience having our kitten, Monty, neutered. I setup the appointment on line, dropped Monty off, during which I met with a vet tech who explained the entire process, checked to make sure I knew what to expect and was very sweet to our fur baby. My only "negatives" were with getting a human on the phone prior to booking and the lack of management of a pet owner (with a big uncontrolled dog) who was seated on the bench just inside the door. From start to finish, the staff and doctor provided exceptional service. My 20 lb dog had two masses removed and her teeth cleaned. It was discovered that Izzy had an abscess and needed one tooth pulled. Both incisions are healing nicely and the staff worked with me to get more medicine for her to prevent infection due to one incision being too close to her butt and a poop mess causing contamination. If you want top notch service, this is the place for you.
I have used Dr Kelly's many times over the years and various dogs. They are always professional and have smiles on their faces. Can't beat the prices. I highly recommend them. Frank the pug was neutered and Zena got her shots.
