The customer service representatives that I spoke with on the phone while booking the appointment and to confirm pre-surgery were amazing. I received a lot of reminders prior to surgery day but the actual facility, the day of surgery was just a bit odd. It's just a large waiting area and someone comes out from behind a door to greet you and take your pet. They don't give you an exact time as to when your pet will be ready to go home but then call you and tell you to please come within the hour to get them. My advice would be... read more

I came here to get a second opinion for my dog who has a large mass around his wee wee. There isn't a check-in desk in the lobby, but there is plenty of seating. The techs are walking in and out of the back constantly to assist people, and everybody was so friendly! The price quoted for my dog's mass removal was very reasonable compared to the vet who wanted to charge three times what Dr. Kelly's quoted. Took our dog to Dr. Kelly's for yearly vaccines! They are great and much cheaper than most Veterinary clinics! Have used them several times for spay/neuter and vaccines. Always very pleased!
My dog, Diamond, needed emergency surgery for a pyometra infection & Dr. Kelly's was able to fit us in the same day, perform the treatment successfully, & we were also able to go home with her the same day after being told she may need overnight hospitalization after the treatment. The service was also all-around AMAZING & for a great affordable price compared to a quote we got from another vet which was an arm and a leg lol!
They were great, i would recommend and i would go back if needed. The process was easy and the people very friendly. The prices were great compared to others
