I absolutely love every visit. As soon as we walk in there are smiles and greetings. They always have the office festive and a place for the younger kids to draw and color. The staff is friendly and answers questions with no problem or aggravation. Dr. Kent is very informative at every visit and doesn’t just engage with the parents but our children as well. I’m a 100 percent satisfied parent / client.
We visit the Sumter office. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and inviting! They’re consistently the same every time you visit. Dr. Washington is very great with the kids too! I have 2 young children that have seen him and they’ve asked to keep going to his office for their orthodontic care. Overall very happy with Dr. Washington’s office! 10/10 recommend!
Very Professional. Clean and thorough facility. Dr Washington has awesome bedside manners and gave very descriptive info regarding procedures.
It is always a pleasure to visit the office of Dr. Washington. The office is always clean, the staff is always polite and they greet you once you enter their doors. It is never a long wait and other than a little discomfort my teeth have improved tremendously without a tear shed. I am so thankful for the service Dr. Washington provides, even if he’s not an Eagles fan.
We had a lovely experience. The staff is nice and friendly. We was greeted with a smile. Everything was great. Thanks for making my daughter and I feel comfortable.
