My experience with Dr Ross was exceptional. He explained an eye condition that no other Doctor had been able to diagnose. He described my condition in a clear and concise manner and provided a couple different resolutions. Dr Ross spent enough time with me to satisfy my questions and concerns. Dr. L. Neil Freeman, an eyelid specialist with the Florida Eye Associates in Melbourne, FL, did a biopsy on my lower left eyelid. He explained in great detail how he was going to do it and what he didn’t want to do which greatly reduced my anxiety. The whole procedure went smoothly with minimal pain. I did not have any discomfort afterwards with no unusual drainage or bleeding from the sutures.
