Capable doctor, very task oriented, talks fast and hard to get a word in. However, I had an issue with the front with insurance , he just told me to shut up because he had other patients. So, I have a choice to find another doctor. Also, if you are a patient with Medicare, their link to Medicare hasn’t been updated since the first week of January when I met my deductible. 3 appointments with Dr. Hogan in 2 different locations, Tomball & The Woodlands, neither location address is correct, it would seem the Doctor would correct this asap, but no he will not, makes his patients play cat & mouse. I use Google maps for everything, . I have since found a new Urologist in Cypress that's high rated his name is Dr. James Stocks.
I went to visit Dr. Hogan it's been almost 4 weeks looking to get a response or treatment after my visit and so far nobody from that office has come to me with a response or treatment ... what a waste of time and money ...
Dr. Hogan was great, took great care of me and my 6 year old son. The only reason I would not recommend him, is because of his staff. I went to his office a total of 5 times and each time was the same problem with my insurance. Every time they tried charging me a copay, but I do not have a copay. I had to call my insurance while in front of the front desk and have my insurance explain to them that I do not have a copay, for them to update there information. Dr. Hogan is really solid. He takes the right amount of time with patients. Too much means long waits. Too little means you feel short changed. He has good balance in that regard. I was late for my most recent appointment and he graciously worked me in with a minimal wait - I really appreciate that. He and his staff are friendly and more important - skilled and knowledgable. You'll find him easy to talk to and easy to work out treatment options.
