The only reason for the one star is that this doctor has absolutely NO bedside manner! I should not have to tolerate being treated with disrespect or a lack of compassion after being botched by multiple nasal plastic surgeons! Dr. Hancock came highly recommended but she was not only short, rude, dismissive, she looked almost annoyed that I was there.
