From the moment you arrive to your appointment with a friendly greeting, to the time you spend in the chair with excellent treatment care, and and making your next appointment, it is all done thoroughly with kindness and expertise. Our family has been patients since Dr. Koumas took over the practice. Everyone is friendly, caring and competent. Dr Koumas is always compassionate and an excellent dentist. There is never a wait in the office and you can get an appointment in a timely manner. I highly recommend this practice.
I’ve been going to Dr. Koumas for many years. He’s extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He always explains what he is doing and why. He and his staff are very professional, yet friendly and kind. The front office staff greets you when you arrive and are always helpful and understanding when juggling appointments. I’ve always felt very comfortable whether getting work done by Dr. Koumas or having a cleaning by one of his hygienists. The whole practice reflects an authentic concern for the patient.
Dr Michael Koumas in my opinion is the best dentist in the area. I’ve been going to him for years and he always gives the best possible solution to a problematic tooth. His staff is wonderful and so easy to work with. Everyone is very professional, caring with great personalities and they treat every patient with respect. It’s like family going to Dr Koumas’ practice!
Love Dr. Koumas and staff. He has been my dentist for years and our family dentist for decades. He’s quite brilliant, having diagnosed something another dentist missed. He’s also kind and gentle, as is the whole staff. I actually look forward to coming to see Dr Koumas and staff every 6 months. Highly recommend!
