Me and my family have been coming here for 7 years. She takes her time with you she ask questions to see what’s going on. She doesn’t rush you like most Dr’s do she takes a seat and listen to you. I like having the attention given to you from a dr. Also I like that she will give you medicine when needed just not throwing it at you. Will give you healthier options and choices.

This is my second time for a checkup with Dr. Chacko. I did not like the service the first time as Dr took less than 2-3 minutes with me during the first visit but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I came into the office today as I have hives all over my body. The Dr consulted with me for 2 minutes and said just by looking at me that it’s normal and would go away on its own. I’ve visited the doctor for a couple issues so far and she provided practical diagnosis without the need for unnecessary tests. Her diagnosis is simple without prescribing prescription medicines when not necessary and is very patient. I was in such a hurry to explain my problem as the general expectation from doctors is their one foot is always outside the door but this doctor was patient and gave me no sense of rush. I went to doctor Chacko because of her amazing reviews about patient care and I was not disappointed. It was like talking to a family member! She was so incredibly caring and clearly wanted to know every piece of information to make the best possible treatment plan. There was no rushing whatsoever and she really took her time to get to know YOU. After just one visit, I know I won’t be going to anyone but her from now on. Genuinely impressed!

Never fired a doctor before but this is a first. First impression of the clinic for a routine physical/ medication refill. Waited in the waiting room for a half hour past appointment time.
