I been with Pillappa for almost 7 years and I have Diabetes Type 1 and 2 years ago I started having numbness on my feet’s and now I’m staring to have same thing and worsen on my left arm and I been telling her about it and she doesn’t want to send me to a neuropathy so I could get checked because my feet and hands also getting swollen and she always wants to put me in different medications instead of sending me to a specialist to get that checked. I’ve been Dr Pillappa patient for several years, With the deep pain in my heart, I have to change ,do to insurance rules. I regret very much losing her. I felt very comfortable going there. She’s very patient very knowledgeable., She takes time and listen, very detailing with health issue.. They called back. They called to verify you lab results or if you experience any issue with the medication. Dr Mukti Pillapa is very knowledgeable and caring with amazing professional manners. I have had several primary doctors in the past none of which have been as thorough. She patiently explains my condition and why she is recommending the medication. She deserves more than 5 stars.
She is the BEST!! Dr. Pillappa is so caring and you can feel it with any conversation you have with her!! Everyone else is super nice too!! Truly enjoyed my experience!!
6 week wait time for an appointment for an established patient. Rude staff taking calls. It took 3 days for a call back regarding a reaction to a new rx
