Extremely terrible. I would not recommend her to anyone. Sat in the room for an hour before being assisted with a toddler. Dismissive and condescending demeanor. Unprofessional and rushed through the appointment. We were referred by our pediatrician for an honest concern and were instead treated like an “idiot” for even showing up at her office. Don’t waste your time, money or energy on her practice. Literally go anywhere else but here.
From the beginning, Dr. McKeever seemed disinterested and rushed during the consultation. She failed to properly assess my son's wrist fracture injury, brushing it off as a minor issue when it clearly needed attention. Her lack of attention to detail and dismissive attitude only exacerbated the situation. ****I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER****
Dr. McKeever treated my 10 year old for a broken arm. Twice. Back to back. She was very informative. Explained the fracture and procedures throughly. Her staff is also very helpful and respectful.
We went to see Dr.McKeever at SCOI in Valencia for my sons toe walking. I called in and spoke to the doctors assistant Maria in addition to the doctor and asked the process. They both told me 2 weeks with casts on both feet, that’s it. So I booked out my sons apt to get the casts on during spring break, so I could watch over him. I go back to get his casts off and the receptionist says I canceled my apt. Of course I told her no I didn’t. Why would I cancel my sons apt after you guys put casts on both his feet? Absolutely horrible doctor. 0 stars if i could. I was referred to her in April 2023 after I dislocated my right knee in an altercation. First time was okay, got an immobilizer and physical therapy. Dislocated again in Sep 2023, this time she was horrifically negligent. She took x-rays and said that it was a typical dislocation, and to ice, take Aleve regularly, but I couldn’t do her recommendation of more PT due to scheduling issues.
