Great place to go. They are on time. The staff is very nice and the Office manager is very helpful with Billing and with any other questions you have.
The Staff and Office Manager are wonderful. They are always polite on the phone and when you go to the office. The doctors are the same. You don't wait long for appointments. You get in right away. They take most insurances. I do recommend this Office to everyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ricketti's for 20 years and he has done just wonderful things for my feet!
Charged for a missed visit after having an emergency. at home. I called in time to say that I could make it and was told they already filled it. They filled that appointment but then saw fit to charge me in addition. Oh, have been a patient for almost 40 years and have NEVER missed an appointment. Sooo disappointment if.
The office manager is the most rude and obnoxious person I have ever came encounter with. She was not only nasty to me, but my mother as well. I heard her talking about me while I was "on hold" on the phone. Extremely unprofessional. We waited over 40 minutes for one appointment. My mother's appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and was not even helped for her problem. I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
This Dr is so fast in and out of the room i didn't know what was going on!!! I arrived on time only to find out that my actual appt time was in 30 minutes! I had given my ins card and was told by a very rude office manager that my ins was not accepted there, but on the phone the woman said they do take the ins. The amount of money i paid for the visit was insane, i had 2 xrays that took maybe 5 minutes to complete, and Dr Ricketti really didn't help me at all. Dr. Ricketti made my toes bleed and sore. Will never returm to this office again. Worst experience ever!
