I've been coming here for a few years now after completely dreading dentist visits for years prior at other places. Dr. Lavi & Ora are absolutely amazing. You're never sitting in the office waiting for more than a few minutes. Ora is amazing at checking insurance and pricing everything out. Dr. Lavi makes sure you're very comfortable though the entire process of cleaning/scans/etc. I've had all of my wisdom teeth removed by him and it was such a smooth process.
Booked my appointment as a new patient here & handled new patient docs via email so by the time my appointment was scheduled I was able to walk in immediately for my cleaning. The staff was very friendly & explained everything to me as I went from x-rays, to cleaning, & to offering solutions for some tooth trouble I'm having. Highly recommend!
I have avoided dentist offices for 13 years after a string of bad childhood experiences. After my first appointment Dr. Lavi told me I would need to have a procedure and he was very understanding. I was weirdly expecting him to be annoyed by the state of my dental health. My only regret of this experience is that I didn't come sooner. He removed the infected tooth as well as a discolored tooth in the front that I've been embarrassed about for years. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Lavi. The procedure was quick with very little discomfort. The staff checked up on me twice after the appointment to make sure I was feeling okay. Everyone was super friendly. They also helped while I organized my finances. Thanks Dr. Lavi!
Absolutely amazing! Going to Dr. Lavi I only experienced the highest quality care and professionalism. I appreciate everyone who is working there and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
