My doctor is AWESOME and has been so incredibly helpful (major game-changer!! FIVE STARS!!!!) but LifeStance as an organization is absolutely awful. Too large to function properly. Complete disconnect between doctors, patients and institution. You know that feeling of being lost in automated phone systems, unable to contact someone who is able to help you? Today was my initial consultation with Doctor Viglietta. Because it was our first session, I opted to go into the office rather than do a telehealth consult. Dr. Vigalietta Surpassed my expectations. He listened intently to why I was there, what struggles I was currently facing and what my coping mechanisms were. I was very impressed with him and he started me on a new antidepressant to add to what I’ve been taking for the last 5 years and we scheduled a follow up in 2 weeks. Therapists are decent. Worst portal EVER. Sign in sends you a link to your email. Not intuitive.
Good organization. Some details to communicate via email, but very easy procces to complete. No hidden costs.
I felt very at ease to talk about difficult events in my life. He is an Excellent listener and very calm. I am looking forward to my next visit
