Our one month old had a tongue and lip tie release done by Dr. Ross. The entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Ross took time to discuss everything with us prior to the procedure and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable with everything before proceeding. He even gave us his cell number in case we had any questions! We took our newborn here to have his tongue & lip ties lasered. Dr. Levine did an amazing job, made us feel very comfortable with the procedure & aftercare, and he even called us to make sure my son was recovering well that night. We are so grateful & cannot recommend him enough!
After being dismissed by my sons pediatrician and many IBLCs and having consistent pain with feeding and latch issues, I made a same day appointment for my son to be evaluated for a lip and tongue tie when he was about 3 weeks old. We were referred to Dr. Ross Levine by a lactation consultant when my son was two weeks old due to difficulty nursing. Dr. Levine performed a laser frenectomy and there has been such HUGE improvement! He is now seven weeks old and nursing great! The staff was so awesome and Dr. Levine was great with the baby, took time to explain everything, and answered all of our questions.
Wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else. They are always so kind and treat her like a family member. She suffers from anxiety and they are amazing and supportive of that while she is there!
I found Growing Smiles after calling what felt like a 100 dentists. No dentist wanted to do work on my son without putting him under- after a failed Sedation. They met with us and put my fears at ease and completed the work. Not even a month later and I was calling them frantic again because one of his capped teeth were knocked out and they got us in and fixed it free of charge. To say we LOVE everyone at Growing Smiles is an understatement!
My 5 year old son was previously scared by another dentistry in another state and today we went to growing smiles and I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ross and the staff today!
