I had a very good impression after my first visit. Dr. Hale is knowledgeable, clearly passionate about her field, and explains things exceptionally well. She is also empathetic and very responsive, answering questions quickly, including via the health portal. After our third appointment, Dr. Hale continues to impress me with her kindness, attention to detail, and expertise. She takes the time to listen carefully and answer questions thoroughly. I have seen a lot of psychiatrists but never one as terrible as this. This woman was a big bully, mean, condescending and had no agenda other than to get the boxes checked and complete her form. She had no concern or care for me whatsoever. I had a very difficult time getting the Zoom app to work. I called into the office 3 minutes after the start time of my appointment only to wait on hold for 10 minutes before the phone was answered. Dr. Lynn Hale is great. She the best doctor I have had for mental health. She very down to earth, patience and understanding. 😀
