Dr. Tugwell did a D&C and hystoscopy on me. Afterward, I had no pain, no bleeding, and no cramping. I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Tugwell.
Dr. Tugwell has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely professional. He was very thorough with my exam and explained my diagnosis very well. He also comforted any fears I may have had. I’m so glad I was recommended to him.

I’ve used Dr. Tugwell for over 30 years. He has always been the best doctor. He listens, takes his time with you, and has always given me the best care. I have used him for labor and delivery and also a hysterectomy. I would not have wanted to use any other doctor but him during those times.
His compassion, care, and kindness support his incredible bedside manner. His thorough understanding and knowledge of practice makes him outstanding when addressing concerns or needs.
Yesterday was my first visit to Dr Tugwell.His bedside manner is superb, and makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
The wait time is never long, since he doesn’t deliver babies. Bedside manner is 5 stars, answers all the questions and explains things well. I have felt comfortable in his care from the very first visit; something I never felt with any other provider. He is never in a hurry and listens to what you’re saying.
