Very professional, very attentive to everything I was telling her. Diligently in everything she did with my eyes. Made sure that everything was on point. The doctor was great and very friendly. Clean office. But I was very surprised that the lady up front that gave me my prescription after it printed didn’t try to sell me glasses. I was ready to spend a few hundred dollars on a pair of glasses. She didn’t even ask me if I was interested and I was shopping and looking at them. But other than that, a great experience.
This was my first visit to Florida Eye Associates, and I was truly impressed with the staff. They were all very professional and personable. Dr Lalonde was very thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. Look forward to doing all of my eye care in the future there.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lalonde since 2012. We wouldn’t think about going to anyone else. Even while the Melbourne office was being renovated due to the flooding, we saw her in the Viera Office for 3 years even though we had others we could have seen much closer.
