Billy and Karl were absolutely awesome!! I had a bad bathtub faucet leak. They worked fast and hard and got it all fixed! I would 100% recommend this company. My husband and I are very happy ! Thanks again you guys!
Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, cleans up afterwards, conscientious of my property, and arrived early! Quite through in diagnosing, explaining what they are doing and making sure everything is in proper working order before they leave. Answered all my questions and addressed every concern. Very refreshing to have quality work at reasonable prices and completed in timely manner. Especially by well groomed and well mannered men. I felt truly comfortable with them and their service. We contacted DrainGo months ago about fixing our kitchen faucet. They needed to order a part, which we agreed was necessary for the repair. We were told once the part arrives, he would return to fix the faucet. We were completely ghosted. We followed up numerous times to be told that the part couldn’t be located so we would need to buy a new faucet - fine.
