Drake Real Estate makes it easy to submit maintenance requests—their online portal is simple, and you get an automated text right away. Unfortunately, that’s often where the process ends. Many requests go unanswered unless you follow up, and even then, responses can be slow or incomplete. Major issues tend to get the bare minimum fix. i had a great experience while renting a unit from Drake Real Estate it was so fast and efficient .it took us 1 day to get it all done online and we were approved immediately. very smooth and professional experience. fast and easy!!
O stars because that’s what they deserve! Avoid interacting with them at all cost. They are highly unprofessional and led you to think a unit was available when it never was. 100% wasted my time and effort. I emailed Jeri from Drake about a studio that I was interested in and was repeatedly told that it will be available the following month and then the next month.
