I had an install in Colorado. The first contractor was blatantly homophobic and although that was corrected by them by sending a new contractor, it delayed my completion date with no compensation. THEN the trim wasn’t finished and the shower pan holds water because the slope isn’t enough and the project manager Zeke ignores me when I’ve reached out about it and now I have the finance company being told it’s completed with no way of contacting anyone. Andersen has been fantastic the entire time, from start to finish. My house was built around 1947 it was built by my great grandfather. The house still has it original single pane windows. After my Great grandmother passed way the house was not maintain until I purchased it. Five years of neglect can do quite a bit of damage to an older home. We did not have the best experience with Dreamstyle. We put in a slider door and window in our bedroom and were promised by the salesman ( Terry ) a substantial decrease in noise and he stood in that room and said it could be done. The project started the end of March and we just paid today, July 31. There were measurement issues on the slider so it was very long and drawn out. I visited their booth at an event and they have called me every day since. I answer and speak with someone every time. We determined on the first call that they don’t offer what I need, but for some reason their system won’t leave me alone. Not impressed with their record keeping or attention to detail.

Dream? More like nightmare! Installed my mother's walk in shower. The door handles and trim were the wrong color. Handles were on wrong side.They left silicone everywhere. There are still unresolved issues.
