BEWARE. cannot help with anything but temporary depression or anxiety. Will take your money while not telling you that you need better, more qualified help. Drew is a social worker, with only a bachelor's, not a more trained psych who can do real psychotherapy or DBT or especially trauma therapy. Won't be helpful if you have chronic depression/anxiety, and if you have a trauma disorder (eg PTSD) don't even bother. Drew was amazing. Today was my first appt but he made me feel so comfortable and that I could talk to him. He listened as I talked and told him what I have been thru and what I need. I give him 20 out of 10 stars. Thank you Drew.
So far, I absolutely love LifeStance. Drew is very welcoming and has a great poker face lol one of the things I do is read people and if I feel like they are judging me I will shut down and like I said he just listens and validates my feelings. I definitely have already recommended LifeStance, specifically Drew and Megan Hawkins.
Drew is the most kind, considerate and caring therapist I have ever had. I am so pleased to have found him. I feel like I well definitely be able to reach my therapy goals with him.
