They offered us a competitive price on the phone in order to get us to come in, then walked it back once we showed up in person. As new parents, we didn't appreciate them wasting our time. They appear to have very little integrity.

This was a total scam. I spent an hour emailing back with someone that contacted me based on my kijiji ad. After answering all of the questions I was offered $1600-$1800 on a vehicle that I could get $10,000+ at the dealership. It was a total waste of time and I wouldn’t suggest anyone even bother responding to their requests. Complete joke of a business.

what a crock of crap service..they msged me to buy my vehicle and didn't even offer HALF of the asking price. 🙄 low ball absolutely stupid and horrible business practices and not even good communication!

Massive time waster. Deceptive. Owner of the business is an asshole.
Be honest. They said they would give me 30.3k to 31.3k but at the dealership it was way lower.

My experience was good initially but when the date came closer for the appointment, there was no connect from Drivably. They just texted me ‘see you today’. That’s it. When I reached the dealership, they kept me waiting and wanted to know why I was there for. When I mentioned Drivably, they said ok and after sometime they talked and saw the car.
