Everyone is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable.
Getting my teeth cleaned was nice, quick, painless, and afterwards my mouth felt great!
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, from reception to the hygienists and Doctors. Very welcoming office, I always feel my family is well taken care of here.
Going to the dentist was not always on my "favorite things" list. However, from the very first visit, the doctors and the team make you feel relaxed and comfortable. At every appointment I have I have been called back within 10 mins of checking in. They know me when I walk in. Everything is explained, the treatment (and I have had A LOT) is gentle and I can tell they truly care. This is definitely not the cold, in and out, "your next" clinic that I left. I am so happy I found this place. Highly recommend it!

I've been seeing Dr. Pappert for nearly 20 years. Even though I've relocated to Durham, I still return to Charlotte to go to this dentist's office because Dr. Pappert and her team are so caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. Kelly and Emily are wonderful hygienists who take their time with patients and are sensitive to their needs. I highly recommend this practice!
Tierney is the best dental hygienist I have ever seen. She is working very hard to correct my gum issues and my teeth have never looked better. She has a great personality and makes a trip to the dentist enjoyable.
