Drum Oil & Propane installed our new natural gas forced air furnace AND air conditioning system. They cleaned all our ductwork and we have them service our entire system every year. Drum Oil sends professional team members to perform the work and we have always been satisfied. I have had to contact them after hours only one time, and they were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. (The exhaust vent outside was blocked by a 4’ snow drift)! Drum Oil & Propane are AWESOME!!
I have been with Drum oil for many years. I am on automatic delivery and have never run out of oil. I carry a service plan that includes a furnace cleaning and as a result, have never had problems with my furnace. Prices have always been competitive. Would recommend Drum oil to anyone.
The service technicians at Drum Oil & Propane are very good. I've never had any problems with the service work they have performed on my HVAC system, and they are able to schedule you within the next couple of days.
My experience started out a little rough at first some unexpected problems when bearing a propane tank both owners came out and made all the wrong things right it cost them a lot of money to do so and I’m truly appreciative. They took a situation that was ultimately a nightmare for myself and my wife And treated us with the utmost respect and made everything correct I can’t say enough nice things about Drum Oil we really appreciate you both.
Been having drum oil service my home boiler and Supply my propane for over 20 years been very satisfied with their company and any work performed by them.Any time I've had an issue if I bring it to their attention they make it right.
