Trim's in front on both sides of the vehicle did not match up. The very front nose cone doesn't match up to the right fender in the seam. There was a clear coat run on the drivers side door. They told my husband if there was ANYTHING wrong please let them know, I called right after I received the vehicle, left a message, but never got a call back. Other than that everything looked great. Their service getting my car in and out was good, and the staff was very nice.
This was my second time doing business with Drury Moss and Collision on SW 26th in Amarillo, TX. As was the case the my first time, everything was taken care of as explained. My car was returned to me in great shape. The work performed to the exterior of my car and the attention given to the inside of my car gave me the feeling of just having purchased my vehicle fresh off a showroom floor. These guys have fixed several of my vehicles. They have completely restored a vehicle from massive hail damage for us and this time they fixed the vehicle after it was hit in a parking lot. They do a great job and their communication is top-notch!
They installed a defective hood on our truck. Came unbolted. No one was injured thank God. However when they installed a new one, hit our insurance again. No way was that right. Never go back to do business with them.
