A negligent driver backed into my vehicle in a parking lot. Looking for a body shop I read glowing reviews for Drury Moss Collision. What a MISTAKE to take my vehicle there for a seemingly straight forward repair service. First a clueless unprofessional woman is all I can talk to and was told that they don’t have parts and to drop off the car??
