These guys have fixed several of my vehicles. They have completely restored a vehicle from massive hail damage for us and this time they fixed the vehicle after it was hit in a parking lot. They do a great job and their communication is top-notch!
This was my second time doing business with Drury Moss and Collision on SW 26th in Amarillo, TX. As was the case the my first time, everything was taken care of as explained. My car was returned to me in great shape. The work performed to the exterior of my car and the attention given to the inside of my car gave me the feeling of just having purchased my vehicle fresh off a showroom floor. They installed a defective hood on our truck. Came unbolted. No one was injured thank God. However when they installed a new one, hit our insurance again. No way was that right. Never go back to do business with them.
Very poor body work. Very unhappy with the repairs get my car back with bumper sticking out not even putting the bumper back on right they are trying to say that's new damage it was not from the damage that occurred. Will never be back they are all crocks that work for the insurance company. They'll paint a pretty picture but once they get there money they try to hide things and lie so they don't have to fix your car right will never recommend them or be back or poor work.
