DS Murphy was my home inspection company and unfortunately I feel the dropped the ball with my home inspection . I did all inspections recommended by them looked a a pretty complete home inspection report . Mind you I am an out of state buyer and entrusting DS Murphy to do it right . Well closeting day comes we do a quick walk through A/C was off so my realtor turns on the unit and says it should be cold by the time we get done with the home inspection .
