I was pretty nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed, but the dentist and staff immediately put me at ease. Dr. Choi was friendly, reassuring, and kept me laughing throughout the appointment with his great sense of humor. Somehow he managed to make getting teeth pulled feel relaxed and even fun! The whole experience was much easier than I expected, and I left feeling grateful for such excellent care. Thank you to the friendly staff at the office as well.
Great service at the front desk and even better work and patient care from the dentist herself. They gave me a quote for my dental work and quoted me with the maximum the procedure would cost and it ended up being even less. Much nicer to get a quote that way. Reasonable rates all around.
First time going to this clinic for wisdom teeth removal for my child and I cannot express how grateful and thankful we are. My son had anxiety and the dentist and his assistant kept being patient and reassuring him that all was good and he enjoyed his visit even tho he’s in pain now. The staff there are very friendly. They even called to check up on him. Great experience! Thank you all!
I really enjoyed the experience at Dufferin .Mall Dental it has been a while since I been there every one is so helpful staring from the front office,Dental Hygiene and my amazing Dentist made me feel so good and not afraid to go back . LOVE THE EXPERIENCE!!!
Went there first time today and what a lovely experience. Started with a phone call the receptionist was so friendly and so helpful. When I got there first impression place is super clean and fresh looking, receptionists are both so lovely and inviting. I was seen by Dr. Alves and her assistant they were both so professional and caring about my issue. I left with answers to my questions and resolutions to my problem.
