First time going to this clinic for wisdom teeth removal for my child and I cannot express how grateful and thankful we are. My son had anxiety and the dentist and his assistant kept being patient and reassuring him that all was good and he enjoyed his visit even tho he’s in pain now. The staff there are very friendly. They even called to check up on him. Great experience! Thank you all!
From the moment I walked in the front Counter service was friendly and kind. Sadly, I did not get the name of my Hygienist but she was incredible, I’m a few months out from a major surgery and she was so kind and thoughtful to my comfort during the appointment. I can’t say enough good things, except thank you.
Friendly staff. Professional service. They accommodated my dental concerns. I am happy with the service. Looking forward to my next visit. Bonus-since it is located inside the mall, one can do shopping, visit food court, get dental care and grocery shopping all in one trip.
Complete waste of time. Triple booked for my appt time which leaves you waiting almost an hour in between having the dentist briefly look at your teeth before going on to the other 2 patients to do their dental work. If you have any anxiety related to dentists and dental work this is not the place for you, why bother filling out a patient history if it’s going to be ignored. Another excellent teeth cleaning and check up at Dufferin Mall Dental today. The staff are always very friendly, kind and helpful. I 100% recommend this dentist office to anyone. They always help me with whatever I or my kids need. They are very efficient, clean, patient and wait times are minimal when you have a scheduled appointment. They are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with at every visit. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Dufferin Mall Dental for being so great.
