Update: Graham helped me on my second visit and he was very patient and detailed. The cemetery manager also reached out to me. They really values customer's feedback. Original post: I was referred to the Chinese agent Jack, and the entire experience was quite unpleasant. We met at the cemetery to look at various lots. A beautiful and pristine place, the perfect sanctuary for the final resting grounds of a loved one. When you visit here, the natural beauty of the area will give you a different kind of peace and tranquility, a perfect environment to cherish your memories of a loved one who has passed... Very pleased with the management's upkeep and maintenance of the burial grounds, it is probably very hard to keep such a large place in such good condition! Thank you Duffin Meadows employees!
The office staff are rude and dismissive to grieving families, and not only speak condescending to the grieving families but also answer with a shrug to simple questions. Shame on you all.
My family is completely satisfied to find the final resting place for my mom at the beautiful and well-managed Duffin Meadows cemetery under reputable Mount Pleasant Group and receive great help from Kimberley, Hamees and their excellent team.
